At Qeyra, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

  • Damaged products due to customer misuse


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value, as specified during promotions or offers.


How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
